Placing an order
Ordering products is done through the online store FylldinAC.nu. When ordering, a purchase agreement is made only when we receive an order confirmation. We do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental consent. FylldinAC.nu reserves for errors in information and errors in specification, on all in FylldinAC.nu's range of products and services. All image information should be seen as illustrations, and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature of the goods. In the event of any inaccuracies in the indication of stock status, FylldinAC.nu reserves the right to correct this afterwards. This means, among other things, that if a product in the range has been discontinued or for any other reason is not available with due observance of reasonable efforts, is FylldinAC not obliged to provide such a product notwithstanding that the customer ordered the same as above. Once the customer has placed an order, FylldinAC.nu can not change the order, the return conditions apply. The customer is obliged to read our "do this" manual and be well aware of how the products should be handled.
Prices and payment
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Promotional offers on products are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated by FylldinAC.nu.
Discount codes can only be used individually and can not be combined with each other.
Right of cancellation
Your right of withdrawal (cancellation period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract. The cancellation period starts on the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract is for a custom-made product, or a product that has been clearly personalised, the withdrawal period starts from the day we provide the information.
You do not have a right of cancellation if
the service was started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on financial market fluctuations (for example, a share), the goods cannot be returned due to their nature or the seal has been broken. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the goods in as good condition as when you received them. You must not use it, but you must of course carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of cancellation. In the case of palletised goods and dangerous goods, the actual shipping cost is not refunded by the carrier.
Warranty and complaints
Should the product be broken when you open it, you should contact us at info@fylldinac.nu within one week of receiving the package.
FylldinAC.nu sells all products with 1 year warranty. For customers in Sweden applies 3 years right of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. The product warranty does not apply to electronic products. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, ie errors that were in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing defects shall be determined by FylldinAC.nu, whereupon the customer receives a new product. The product warranty does not apply when FylldinAC.now can not find any defect in the product or when the customer has caused the damage itself. The product warranty does not apply to handling errors, misaligned product or errors that occur during or after own change of product function and appearance, such as remodelling, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is valid as proof of warranty.
Private Policy
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfil the agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. Terms of delivery
On FylldinAC.nu always included VAT in the stated price. FylldinAC.nu normally delivers products in cooperation with Postnord. FylldinAC.nu delivers only within Europe. Delivery time may differ depending on the recipient country. Delivery time depends on whether the products are on FylldinAC.nu's stock. The products' current stock status is indicated on FylldinAC.now under each specific product. If a product has a different delivery time is indicated by each product. On stocked goods, the delivery time is normally 2-5 working days depending on where in Sweden you live. PostNord currently has a waiting time with agents of 7 days before it is returned. It is the customer's responsibility to pick it up within these days. FylldinAC can not guarantee the delivery time. FylldinAC does not divide a delivery into several shipments. When ordering the remaining products are first awaited delivery to FylldinAC.nu's warehouse before the customer's order is sent in one delivery. If the customer still wants to split the delivery, he may be responsible for as many shipping costs as the division means.
All deliveries are made after notification. When collecting/delivering the products, the customer must always show identification. Only the person named on the parcel may collect it from the agent. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when ordering, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail, is correct. All this information is transferred to Postnord automatically and will then be used as the recipient. Incorrect information can lead to the parcel not arriving, but being returned, and will then be treated as below.
In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem ordered products, but these go back to FylldinAC.nu as "Not collected" or similar, the customer is charged a handling fee of 399 SEK. It includes return shipping and handling of the package when it comes back to the warehouse. In cases where the order total does not amount to SEK 399, the full amount is retained and nothing further is invoiced.
If a delivery delay occurs, the customer is notified by e-mail or phone call from FylldinAC.nu. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase of long-term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchase must be in writing by e-mail to FylldinAC.now. FylldinAC.now repays the purchase amount paid no later than 14 days after written cancellation has been received. There may be times when it is impossible to complete an order, for example, if FylldinAC.nu's supplier can not fulfil its commitment to FylldinAC.nu.
FylldinAC.now therefore reserves the right to disclaim all claims for compensation from the customer regarding delivery delays.
FylldinAC.nu is responsible for the risk of transport to the customer, ie the risk that a product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the risk of any return to FylldinAC.nu.
The customer is responsible for notifying any transport damage to FylldinAC.now within a reasonable time. FylldinAC.now encourages the customer to report the damage as soon as possible, for smooth handling of the case. The customer is responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible after receipt. In case of transport damage, the customer should contact FylldinAC.nu by e-mail: info@fylldinac.nu In case of transport damage, the customer may not use the product and the customer must keep the product packaging, so that the entire package and the product can be inspected when handling claims.
Should other delays occur after the package left FylldinAC.now's warehouse, for example, the customer never receives the package, the customer is obliged to notify FylldinAC.now this as soon as possible, but no later than 4 months after the package left the warehouse. Notified FylldinAC.now too late there is no way to track the package and prove any lost package.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed wrong. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not against cash on delivery, and directly to FylldinAC.nu's warehouse. Packages should not be sent to agents. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new freight from us to you.
Open purchase
FylldinAC.nu gives the customer 14 days open purchase in unbroken packaging. The product's packaging must not be damaged or destroyed in any way. If the product does not have a special packaging but delivered loose in a package, the customer may not have used the product in any way. All marks, stickers, labels etc. must remain on the product. The product must be returned in completely unchanged condition.
Refund obligation
If you have exercised your right of cancellation, we must reimburse you for what you have paid for the goods, excluding carriage, as soon as possible or, at the latest, within 30 days of the date on which we received the goods. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the goods back. The customer always pays the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.
Security for payment
FylldinAC.nu guarantees that the payment options offered are secure. FylldinAC.nu offers a secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard, and invoice, in cooperation with Svea Ekonomi. Svea Ekonomi's service is secure and is certified by the security company Trustwave. When paying by card, the customer is redirected to a secure page where the customer can safely fill in their card details and make the payment. FylldinAC.nu never handles customer card details.
FylldinAC.nu also offers secure payment via PayPal with paypal account and card payment.
Use of the products
It is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions provided for the products.
The customer is responsible for informing the customer that there is flammable gas in the A/C system during service.
FylldinAC guarantees that the products will not damage the vehicle's A/C system if used according to the instructions we provide.
The customer is responsible for complying with the legislation that exists. Especially the legislation relating to refrigerant. Please note that it may be illegal to mix certain refrigerants and that certification is required to handle all F-gases. Opening or working on a system with F-gases is not allowed without certification. R134A and R410A are F-gases.
