This much refrigerant can accommodate my car.

Our kit comes with a 6 oz. (168 grams) bottle of 134A replacement gas filler hose with a pressure gauge and if you select – a bottle of Stop Leak. Stop Leak prevents leaks In o-rings and rubber seals.

Step 1: First of all – SAFETY. Always use safety goggles and gloves. Working far away from open flames and sparks. You should avoid skin contact with refrigerant then it can cause frost damage.

Step 2: It is important to never overload the system. The pressure may not exceed 60 PSI. Before you begin, Check the car manufacturer's recommended pressure In the system, or look at our cheat sheet for the A/C filling on the BOTTOM. And locate lågtrycksporten. Lågtrycksporten always sits on the A/C pipe with the coarsest diameter. The tube sits between the compressor and the car interior/torpedväggen.

Step 3: Now you are ready to start filling in. First you should check if you need to use the Stop Leak. Do you have a large leak, you should not fill it up with refrigerant.We recommend that you fill with the Stop Leak if you are unsure. Start the engine and check if the compressor is working. You should hear the compressor click. If it does, fill it with Stop Leak and then fill to the correct pressure with the refrigerant. If the compressor's not working, fill with refrigerant until it starts to work and then fill it with Stop Leak. Then fill with refrigerant until you reach the right pressure.

Step 4: If we assume that the compressor is working. You will need to follow these instructions:

1: turn up the valve on the hose so you don't punkterar Stop Leak jar inadvertently. Screw the can onto the hose.

2: Mount the hose on the low side pressure port. Drag the lock on the hose up and press down on the lågtrycksporten.

3: Start car and turn on MAX cool and the A/C on.

4: Shake the jar and screw down the valve In the jar until it stops.

5: carefully Turn the top valve counterclockwise. After the jar is empty, stop the engine. Close the valve and attach the loose hose from the lågtrycksporten by pulling the lock upwards.

Step 5: Now you are ready to fill after with the refrigerant and now it is important to read the pressure periodically on the pressure gauge to ensure that you do not jams up. The basic principle is the same as for the Stop Leak:

1: turn up the valve on the hose so you don't punkterar refrigerant-jar inadvertently. Screw the can onto the hose.

2: Mount the hose on the lågtrycksporten. Drag the lock on the hose up and press down on the lågtrycksporten.

3: Start car and turn on MAX cool and the A/C on.

4: Shake the jar and screw down the valve In the jar until it stops.

5: carefully turn up the valve so the refrigerant starts to flow out. Hold the entire time to check on the pressure gauge. Try to fill to the pressure that the vehicle manufacturer specifies, or check out our quick reference AT the BOTTOM. Never exceed 60 PSI. When the jar is empty, stop the engine. Close the valve and attach the loose hose by pulling the lock upwards.

6: When the hose is disconnected, mount the cover back onto the lågtrycksporten.

Step 6: If the pressure would not be tillräckling high, you have to start over and fill it with more refrigerant.

At this point, you are finished. Now you can test drive the vehicle and enjoy your work! Ideally, you should run for 45 min to Stop Leak and refrigerant to circulate in the system.

IMPORTANT! - Always follow the rules and laws that exist to work with refrigerant:

  • For best results, vakuumtöm not the system.;

  • Do not overfill the system, damage to compressor may occur.;

  • Work In well-ventilated spaces;

  • NEVER exceed 60 PSI on lågtrycksidan.

All the jars can be installed with both the Premium and Proffsslang.
